Hi! I'm Leonie

With 20+ years of Project Lessons, I’ve seen a fair chunk (let’s not say ‘all’ because there is always something new). Project work is, unique to its time and place and usually has a specific goal that the business wants.

Taking these lessons and skills, I now help project leaders develop their skills. I facilitate offsite and in house workshops to support those at the doing end of transformation projects and deliver training programs to business teams.

People-First: For me, the magic happens when people and teams work together and build momentum around their shared purpose.

Practical Solutions: I offer straightforward, actionable advice. You’ll know what we’re doing and why.

Coach and Cheerleader: I’ll push you to be better, call out the tough stuff, and celebrate the wins.

Triple A Process

Alignment isn’t just about setting clear goals—it’s about ensuring every team member understands and feels invested in those goals. Too often, misalignment at the leadership level cascades down to operational inefficiencies.

Tip for 2025: Conduct regular
alignment check-ins across teams.

Use tools like project roadmaps or OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to ensure visibility across the business (and with partners).

A brilliant strategy is useless without execution. Action requires more than task management—it needs teams to have the resources, clarity, and autonomy to move forward confidently.

Tip for 2025: Break projects into
more achievable phases.

This gives both a smaller target to hit
and flexibility to evolve working
practice on the go.

Accountability isn’t about micromanagement or punishment. It’s about creating a
culture of ownership.

Teams need to feel responsible not just
for their individual tasks but for the
project’s overall success.

Tip for 2025: Implement accountability frameworks like weekly progress reviews or cross-department feedback sessions. Incorporate this into the existing meeting structure if possible.

I have been a client of Leonie's for over a decade now across a number of different roles and organisations.

We've delivered many projects together, some huge, others much simpler. Her style and results over the years have been consistent exceptional.

She is authentic, honest and brave, never turning down an opportunity to do something new or challenging.

Her style is warm and engaging, and you'll always know she has the best interest of the project and business at heart.

I have zero hesitations in recommending her for projects in retail, technology, marketing and ecommerce/digital and am more than happy to discuss my experience with anyone who would like to hear more.
