Sure, projects fail because of missed deadlines or blown budgets but a lot of that comes down to misalignment. And that misalignment can happen between internal teams and external partners.

You can have all the cool tools, the most detailed of Gantt charts, and maybe even a team of stars—but if they’re not shooting for the same goal, you’re going nowhere fast.

Research by Elizabeth Harrin revealed that 91% of project managers managing multiple projects ranked communication as their most important skill. Yet, 19% of them admitted to feeling overwhelmed. And let’s be honest—when you’re overwhelmed, even the best communicator struggles to keep the message clear.
